Take PIERRE in Hungary to the next level

PIERRE develops innovative smart home and building automation solutions that help homes, apartments, hotels and commercial buildings become smarter, safer and more efficient, all built on our own proprietary hardware and software.

We already have a presence, people and partners in Hungary. Now we are looking for someone to build on that, deepen our existing relationships, win new partners and clients, and grow the business to the next level.

What you will do

Own the full sales cycle

From first contact to signed contract, and the long-term relationship that follows.

Generate new business

Identify and approach potential partners and clients, build your own pipeline and create opportunities through outbound activity.

Lead the sales conversation

Schedule and lead meetings, present PIERRE solutions and their business value, understand customer needs and propose the right fit.

Prepare offers and close

Prepare and present commercial offers, negotiate terms and support contracts all the way to signature.

Grow the partner network

Strengthen and expand PIERRE's existing network of partners, distributors and installers across Hungary.

Grow existing accounts

Maintain relationships with existing partners and find new opportunities for additional business and market expansion.

Represent PIERRE

Be the face of PIERRE in meetings, events and industry gatherings, working closely with our technical and support teams.

What we are looking for

The person we need

3+ years in sales

Experience in sales, business development or account management, including hands-on B2B experience.

A natural closer

Strong communication and negotiation skills, and the confidence to take a deal from first contact to signature.

Self-starter

You generate leads independently, work autonomously and take ownership of your results.

Commercial mindset

A sharp customer focus and a feel for where the business and the margin are.

Fluent Hungarian

You work with local partners and clients every day, so fluent Hungarian is essential.

Mobile and on the road

A Category B driving license and willingness to travel within Hungary when needed.

Nice to have

Bonus points for

Not required, but any of these will give you a head start.

Technical selling

Experience selling technical products or solutions.

Channel experience

Working with distributors, installers or system integrators.

Industry background

Smart home, automation, electrical, security or building technology.

A network in Hungary

An existing professional network you can tap into.

International experience

Working with international clients or partners.

English

English language skills for working across our markets.
